Another thing to do in Singapore : Things to do Singapore! : We chilled out at the Fullerton Bay Hotel Document ID : 12308 Latitdue : 1.283850 Longitude : 103.853249 Address : 60 Collyer Quay, Singapore 049322 Details : This was my third time to the Fullerton bay hotel since its opening. In my opinion the Fullerton group has done a wonderful job positioning Fullerton hotel as a premium accommodation with a heritage. Their application of the same methodology on Fullerton Bay Hotel is proving to be a success too. The overall atmosphere is posh intermixed with a cozy feel to it. The group of us managed to test out their rooms. And boy was I jumping on their bed or what! The bed is not too hard and neither too soft. The view of the marina and the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort in the back drop is superb, most especially when the sun sets and the lights come on. Just beside the Fullerton Bay Hotel is a newly opened Alfresco stretch called the custom house. The style is similar to the joints along Dempsy Road. Once I brought my cousin out to the Italian restaurant there dinner. The restaurant is owned by one of his acquaintances. The chef specially brought in from Italy. In my opinion the food is magnificent, but of course bills was magnificent too. Haha. Well at least me and him got nice and drunk after downing two bottles of red wine. I was fortunate that I could head home straight, he had to met up with his client for another round of drinking.
