One might ask how was it that I was so sure it is the same pigeon? Well, the answer is simple, this pigeon rings a bell LITERALLY! These series of steps by the Singapore River just in front of the UOB building is its regular haunt. One of its foot apparently for some unknown reason is entangled with a bell. If one took a close enough look at its foot, one would notice that that foot is wrapped from prolonged periods of entanglement with the bell. Each time it flies by where I sat, I would hear its bell ringing.
