Shortly after leaving some hotel along Scots road, I won myself a bottle of perfume with the help of Pamelyn and then started seeing some really strange blue creatures with no eyes and armies of young girls dressed in tight yellow suits cleaning up Orchard road with feather dusters. I was scratching my head for a while thinking maybe this was the new uniform those guys in NEA came with for offenders to wear while they were doing corrective work order in the streets.
