Garis and ex-girlfriend joined me for 2 hours and left for home after that. I decided to check if the bait on my fishing hook was still intact by reeling in my rod. Strangely, I felt a dead weight hanging at the end of my fishing line. I finally finished bringing in the line to shore and I saw this grotesque looking creature that absolutely did not look like the conventional fish you normally find in your market. I was thinking of how to retrieve my hook from the fish. Somehow, this monster does remind me of the cat fish, I refrained from handling it with my bare hands. I looked around for the rag I normally bring along on fishing trips. Damned... I forgot to bring. I had no choice but to but the lines and redo a new hook for my lines. Then it suddenly occurred to me I forgot to bring the lead line I normally use for tying fishing hooks. I used the normal reel line instead. That didn't go really well, given the similarity in terms of density between the reel line and the lead line, the both of them inevitably entangled each time I cast out my lure... After another hour of idling along west coast beach, I decided to pack up and leave. Altogether it was an enjoyable night.
