They could barely stand on their two feet. Some other guys had to help them stay on their feet. This guy in the picture was the worst. He got ear plugs in his ears and he looked very high and peaceful at the same time. It reminded me of the time I tried Marijuana overseas. I wonder where these folks got their marijuana from.
